Complete renovation of 8000 sq foot 2nd floor warehouse garage space converted to a 3 bedroom loft, featured in Philly Style magazine.
Sagaponack, NY
Renovated kitchen, bathrooms, added a guest suite, and fully furnished. The cedar house was stained brown and decks painted forest green, bleached cedar and stained a weathered grey and painted the decks a neutral color. The client wanted a year round feel so only did touches of beach décor.

Found, designed, developed and staged. Shell condition, complete renovation flip from 3 bed, 1 bath to 3 bed 3 bath. Removed asbestos shingles to board and batten siding. Staged and negotiated the sale.
